Resin based adhesives account for the vast majority of friction materials in terms of quantity and variety. Friction plates have a rigid texture and not only have a high low-temperature friction coefficient, but also have good friction coefficient and service life at high temperatures. They can work under high braking pressure and friction speed.
The friction material material with rubber as the main adhesive is relatively soft, mainly used for working conditions with low braking pressure, relative friction speed, and low working temperature.
Regardless of which type, as long as it is suitable, it is a good adhesive friction material, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, and also adapted to its own environment.
